PLEASE double
check the accuracy of your shipping
address. Once the order has been shipped
(the next business day) you can not change
it through us - you will have to call UPS
to try to get it changed. UPS
WILL NOT ship to APO's or Military PO boxes
for security reasons, you must enter a
valid street adress.

providing your e-mail address, the tracking
number and confirmation of your order (receipt)
will be emailed to you. PLEASE do not put
in an invalid
e-mail address otherwise you will
not receive this information!

NOT WORRY ABOUT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS-USE YOUR
OWN ADDRESS-AND WE WILL KNOW WHAT TO DO (Changed
7/1/2004) WE WILL SHIP THIS DIRECTLY TO
THE MAIN USO OFFICE FOR YOU, FOR FREE (Per the
official request of the USO) . We used ask you
to ship it directly to the local USO office here
in Philadelphia, however they became inundated
with our small deliveries so they requested that
we hold the donations until we accumulate at least
1000 bottles and then ship it directly to the
main USO site in Washington, DC, about once per
week. In the unlikely event that the total accumulations
do not add up to 1000 then we will ship whatever
has been donated, no matter what the quantity,
every 45 days (So far, we have NOT had to wait
45 days to accumulate 1000 bottles to ship).
- By
providing your e-mail address, the tracking number
and confirmation of your order (receipt) will
be emailed to you, this will allow you to
deduct the cost of the donation off on your tax
return (You will need to check this out
with your accountant for exact deduction and eligibility-we
cannot be held responsible for eligibility or
amount of deduction). PLEASE do not put in an
invalid e-mail address otherwise you will
not receive this information!

If you are purchasing this to donate it to the
USO, DO NOT PUT THE USO's address in the "Ship
to" field. We are now collecting these donations
and shipping them to the Washington DC office
every 45 days. (Changed 7/1/2004) Simply put YOUR
OWN ADDRESS in the ship top field-we will no by
the part number that this is a donation (it will
say "donation to the USO in the description
and part number field so we will know what to
do for you) .
